Will Rapp is Professor of Music and Chair of the Department of Music at Kutztown University where he serves as conductor of the University Orchestra and Director of Percussion Studies. With over four hundred publications for percussion to his credit, his compositions, arrangements, and method books are published and distributed by the Hal Leonard Publishing Corporation.
