The Cuff is designed with a quick-release Velcro® fastener. The underside is padded with a high density foam which provides a comfortable feeling when the Cuff is fastened on the hand or on the wrist.

Insert mallet in slot.
Place cushioned side of Cuff in palm or under wrist.
Draw D-ring until strap is comfortably snug, then fasten.
